It is the policy of POWERCOUNTRY to provide and supply product that is consistent, reliable, economical and to the highest quality. The product shall meet the needs and expectations of our Customers, Department of Energy and Local Electricity Distributors.
The Quality Control Manual identifies all measures required for the purchasing, planning, supply and delivery of product and maintains a quality system in pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction.
The Management of POWERCOUNTRY is committed to the Quality functions throughout all stages of our service and supply of product. To include continuous improvement and provide a framework to meet our goals and objectives by conducting scheduled management reviews.
Product quality will be the policy of POWERCOUNTRY and it is required that all employees will actively support the quality assurance program in the implementation of this policy.
